Hello, and thank you for taking the time to review my website. Choosing a therapist is a difficult decision, particularly if you're not familiar with the process, but seeking help is the first step! As a family therapist, I look at how problems are affecting the family as a whole. I assist families in accessing their personal strengths and internal resources to find the solutions they have within themselves. 

 

I have extensive experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relational issues such as marital/family/parent-child conflict, divorce, anger management, adjustment issues as well as behavioral/social problems affecting teens and adults.

 

I am a Certified EMDR therapist through EMDRIA (see additional information provided in this website regarding EMDR). I have over 18 years of experience working with children and families in a variety of settings, including schools, non-profit county contracted agencies and hospitals.
